Raichle headed to Jr. High state wrestling tourney

For the first time in many years, Oakwood’s Jr. High wrestling team traveled to the district wrestling tournament.  Head coach Jim Kordik was quite pleased that eight of his wrestlers won matches. Andrew Raichle, an eighth grader, was the only one, however, who placed high enough to advance to the state tournament, finishing third. The tournament will be held in Cleveland March 15-17. Raichle has been wrestling since the third grade and also enjoys both basketball and baseball. Good luck Andre.
