             OAKWOOD HISTORICAL SOCIETY

      TO HOST OLD-FASHIONED FAMILY PICNIC

 

     The Oakwood Historical Society  is having a picnic!

         And the public is invited to join the fun and camaraderie this Sunday, July 15 from 5 to 8 pm on the grounds of the Long-Romspert Homestead, 1947 Far Hills Ave. This annual Old-Fashioned Family Picnic has a menu to satisfy the most demanding picnicker – delicious broasted chicken, pulled pork,  BBQ, cole slaw, baked beans, fresh fruit and rolls all from K.D.'s  Kettering BBQ. Cool drinks will also be provided with a cash bar for beer. Attendees are invited to bring a favorite dessert to share.

     Dinner will be served at 5:45 pm.     So come out and enjoy this annual gathering sponsored by the Oakwood Historical Society.
