St. Paul’s Annual Fall Sale Oct. 26 - 27

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Ave., Oakwood, has a wonderful Fall Sale planned, and the entire community is invited to take part!

St. Paul’s Fall Sale will take place Friday, Oct. 26, from 6-8 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This promises to be our largest sale ever, including items from three estates!  All sale proceeds benefit community outreach projects.

The community is invited to donate their gently used furniture, household items, clothing, toys, and books to be sold.  Please be sure that all items are clean and in good working condition.  Donations will be accepted Sunday, Oct. 21, through Thursday, Oct. 25.

Wright Library launched new website

On Friday, Oct. 19, Wright Memorial Public Library launched its updated website.  The new website has the same address, www.WrightLibrary.org, but has an updated format and content.

Patrons visiting the website find it more like a visit to the library.  The new website makes it easier to find the things a patron would want to do in the library - check the catalog, request a book, ask a research question, view a calendar of events, or subscribe to a library newsletter.

Anyone with questions about the website can contact Wright Library at 294-7171.
