Teri German is a second generation real estate agent. Exceptional mentoring early in her career helped propel her to the lofty awards of “Rookie of the Year” and “Highest Average Sales Price per Transaction” from the brokerage firm in Indianapolis where she launched her career.

Eric Snead brings with him an extensive background in education. This experience enables him to provide a patient, thorough explanation of the buying process. Eric believes that the home-buying process should be a pleasurable one, particularly for the first-time home buyer.
Eric’s personal experience with investment property and rehab projects makes him an excellent resource for the new investor. He is able to provide help with the analysis and informed insight when assisting investors with the purchase of rental
