Oakwood home gets award-winning kitchen

Remodeling Designs, Inc., a leading Miami Valley remodeling company headquartered in Centerville, was awarded four local and two regional 2007 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). One of the award-winning projects was completed in a home in Oakwood.
The award-winning project completed in Oakwood was in the category of:

Regional Award for Residential Kitchen $30,000-$60,000, Brian Good, Project Manager.

A small, outdated kitchen in an Oakwood home located at 324 Monteray Ave. required Remodeling Designs to overcome some structural challenges. Using elements that enhanced the vintage character of the home, the end result was an elegant and spacious living area incorporating all the desires of the homeowners.

Remodeling Designs has been elected to Remodeling Magazine’s “Big 50 Hall of Fame,” has achieved the industry’s highest honor for quality, The National Remodeling Quality Award, and is a Better Business Bureau Eclipse Award winner.
